This work aims to analyze and explain the didactic strategies used to achieve meaningful learning. It begins under the assumption that if meaningful learning is created and students are given freedom and confidence, they can find their own answers and develop their knowledge both in the classroom and in practical life. The method used is the analytical-descriptive one of the reviews of the literature of the main authors who have given rise to this approach, its elements, and the didactic strategies used. It is concluded that the design and implementation of didactic strategies focused on meaningful learning with the application of active didactic methodologies and strategies in meaningful learning processes depending on the context in which it takes place obtains better results in the training of professionals.

Professional competence is a necessary component of a person's professionalism in any area. The aim of the research is the formation of the professional activity of a future competitive specialist in the educational process of universities for the system-structural organization of professional training of biology students. The analysis of a wide range of various works aimed at professional pedagogical training of future specialists leads to the conclusion that its structure, content and organization cannot withstand the current state of social development. Currently, the modernization of the target, content and technological structures of professional education is associated with a revision of its content, form and methods in accordance with the requirements of continuing education, the main goal of which is to ensure the full and complete development of the future specialist. In this article, the results of a pedagogical experiment were obtained, which revealed the effectiveness of a specially prepared educational and methodological manual for training medicinal plants in the training of biologists in universities for educational and training. Abstract The introduction and spread of distance learning imply a shift in approaches and methods of its organisation. This affects the methods and goals of the interaction of subjects of educational activity, including their motivation. That is why the question regarding the analysis of educational components and models aimed at increasing the motivation of education applicants is relevant. Based on this, the purpose of the study was formed, which was to investigate pedagogical design in the context of a means to increase students’ interest in the educational process. As a result, the concept of “pedagogical design” was defined in the context of a modern approach to the implementation of educational and professional training of applicants for education. The features of the establishment of the educational environment based on common goals of learning tasks are considered. The study characterised the basics of pedagogical design, namely, the effective formation of goals, scientific, accessibility, self-organisation, and differentiation of the educational process, providing conditions for the development of a person’s experience.

In the era of globalization, enhancing the development of diagnostic competencies among educational psychologists in Kazakhstan is a crucial aspect of improving higher education quality. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and implement the methodology for the development of diagnostic competencies of future educational psychologists in higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan as a guarantee of their readiness to carry out professional activities. The methodological approach involves developing methods for fostering diagnostic competencies, employing empirical techniques such as comparison, systematization, classification, and generalization of theoretical data, conducting surveys, testing, and modeling training methods for future educational psychologists. An experimental study conducted on the premises of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov has developed methodological tools to increase the readiness of future educational psychologists for the development of diagnostic competencies in professional training, namely: the implementation of readiness components with selected methods for their formation. After conducting an experimental study, promising areas for improving the methodology of readiness of future educational psychologists for the development of diagnostic competencies in Kazakhstan were established.

This paper examines the critical gaps in inclusive education, with a particular focus on the training of specialists in the psychological and educational support of children with disabilities. Despite advances in inclusive practice, there remains a significant shortage of adequately trained professionals to meet the diverse needs of these children. Through a comprehensive review of current literature and innovative training methods, this study highlights the effectiveness of multidisciplinary approaches and the integration of technology in enhancing professional competencies. It also examines case studies from different educational settings to demonstrate practical applications. The findings suggest that a holistic and adaptive training framework, including theoretical knowledge, practical skills and emotional intelligence, is essential for effective inclusive education. The study concludes with recommendations for policy makers, educators and training institutions to address these gaps, emphasising the need for continuous professional development and a collaborative approach to support inclusive education for children with disabilities. The objective of this study is to identify key challenges and propose evidence-based strategies for improving the professional training of specialists in inclusive education. The methodology involves a systematic review of recent academic and policy sources, along with case analysis from diverse educational contexts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of current practices and outcomes.
