Representatives of the foremost intelligentsia, having comprehensively conducted a historical analysis taking into account the linguistic peculiarities of the Turkic peoples, introduced the Latin alphabet to the scene of spiritual culture. Representatives of the public education, conducting propaganda among the wide population, made a significant contribution to the introduction of the Latin script. In 1940, according to the the law on the shift of “Latinized” Kazakh script to a new alphabet based on Russian graphics, Russian graphics (Cyrillic) came into effect. Transition of Kazakh language to the Latin script will contribute to improving the competitiveness of our country on the world stage and the establishment of good relations with developed countries. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия

The Zaisan lowland has a very dry and hot climate.There is a very scarce river network, which is fed by a meager precipitation, their water does not reach Lake Zaisan. Тип записи:Публикация, ВЛИЯНИЕ ТЯЖЕЛЫХ МЕТАЛЛОВ (CD, CU, ZN) НА НАКОПЛЕНИЕ БИОМАССЫ СОРТОВ РИСА ТИТАН, АЙСАУЛЕ(2021-03-21); ; Heavy metals accumulation in a plant results in negative effect on physiological and biochemical processes going on in an organism. In this respect, the present article considers particular features of heavy metals (Cadmium - Cd, Cuprum - Cu, Zinc - Zn) on biomass accumulation by rice cultivars. Increase in heavy metals content results in significant slowing down the biomass accumulation in rice cultivars in the beginning of vegetation. Cadmium exerts significantly greater influence on biomass accumulation by Titan and AiSaule rice cultivars as compared to copper and zinc. This problem is devoted to publications in Newspapers and magazines, television reports, discussions of scientists, speeches of politicians. The transition to renewable energy sources is a global process and is being implemented with broad political support from many countries, including the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article deals with the use of wind energy in Kazakhstan and the characteristics of the designs of the new version of the Darrieus wind turbine, HBI-rotary thermal power plants with high technical and economic indicators. Тип записи:Публикация, ВЛИЯНИЕ ЦЕОЛИТНЫХ ОРГАНОМИНЕРАЛЬНЫХ УДОБРЕНИЙ И БИОДОБАВОК НА АНАТОМИЧЕСКОЕ СТРОЕНИЕ ВЕГЕТАТИВНЫХ ОРГАНОВ РИСА(2021-03-22); As a result of changes in the agro-ecological conditions of the Kazakhstan Aral Sea area, soil fertility is decreased and occurred their secondary salinization. Therefore, the application of organic and mineral fertilizers and ameliorants improve soil fertility and increases yield of rice. For these purposes, the influence of zeolitic organo- mineral fertilizers + bioadditives (ameliorant) on the anatomical structure of vegetative organs of rice has been studied. The results of the study shows that the combination of zeolite with organo-mineral fertilizers (Bio Vermicompost, BVC) and bioadditives (ground + zeolite 2.5 t/ha + BVC 3 t/ha + bioadditives) exercise a significant influence on the formation of anatomical structure of the stems, leaves and root of rice variety Marjan. - Некоторые метрики заблокированы вашиминастройками согласия

Traditionally, concepts about the method in the literature are directly linked to the hermeneutics. The comprehensive principle of interpretation of Hermeneutics literary monuments as a method of interpretation of historical factors on the basis of philological data. The article examines the study and interpretation of hermeneutics and defines the importance of teaching hermeneutics as a method of teaching literary criticism. Hermeneutics gives the explanation of the true artistic value of speech art.
