This article addresses the problem of psychological support for parents of children with special educational needs (SEN) within the context of inclusive education development in Kazakhstan. Despite the normative-legal establishment of inclusive education principles at the state level, there remains a significant deficit of systematized and accessible forms of psychological assistance for families. The absence of adequate psycho-pedagogical support contributes to parental emotional burnout syndrome, destabilization of family relationships, and deterioration of parent-child interactions, thereby undermining the effectiveness of inclusive educational environments. The research methodology is based on a mixed qualitative-quantitative design utilizing questionnaires. The survey of 37 parents of preschool-age children with various categories of SEN identified the most significant psychological difficulties: challenges in accepting the child's developmental characteristics (51.6%), emotional exhaustion and chronic fatigue (43.5%), conflicts in interactions with educational and medical institutions (30.6%), social isolation and family stigmatization (29%). The results demonstrate the need to develop a comprehensive system of psychological support that includes crisis interventions, individual counseling, and distance-based interactive technologies.

Domestic violence is a socio-psychological problem widespread across different countries, regardless of age, gender, or race. This study examines its causes, types, and impact on society. The research aims to determine the prevalence of domestic violence, analyze its causes, and propose preventive measures. Key areas include identifying socio-economic and psychological aspects, assessing consequences, and developing prevention strategies. The study highlights the need for legislative and social measures to address domestic violence. Protecting children's and women's rights by considering factors affecting their psychological well-being increases its relevance. Research methods included a comparative analysis of foreign and domestic literature and an original survey. The survey, The Emotional State of Spouses and Its Correlation with Domestic Violence, examined self-reflection levels and dependence on violent relationships. Conducted across five regions of Kazakhstan, it involved 2,600 participants. Findings describe the most common forms of domestic violence—physical, psychological, economic, and sexual—and their negative effects on children and women. The study emphasizes the necessity of legislative reforms and protective measures in Kazakhstan. This research provides scientific data to support effective prevention strategies. Its practical significance lies in contributing to social and legislative initiatives aimed at reducing domestic violence.
