The relevance of the research lies in the artistic features of Kazakh literature, with a broad focus on current social problems and the topics covered in it, the selection of information, the formation of one's own scientific and methodological approach, effective methods of technology. Тип записи:Публикация, STUDYING THE CATEGORY OF THE SYLLABLE IN THE KAZAKH LANGUAGE(2020-07-15); The article considers one of the most important issues of vowel harmony of the syllable in the Kazakh and Turkic languages. Actual problems of studying the phonetic structure of the Kazakh language consist mainly in determining the types of syllabic structures and their sound composition. Although the syllable has a special place in the structure of the language, its articulatory nature is poorly understood. Therefore, it should be noted that the solution to the problem of syllables, as one of the language units, lies in the issues of articulation. Researchers have a common opinion about the syllable problem in linguistics, but there is much debate about the definition of syllable types in the Kazakh language. The phonetic and phonological nature of the syllable in the Kazakh language, the function of the syllable in the language and the problems of the syllable have not yet been examined in detail. Based on the research of A. Zhunusbek, M.Isaev, S. Myrzabekov, an analysis of the basic ideas about the nature of the syllable and their limitations is made. Тип записи:Публикация, THE CONCEPT OF NATIONAL CHARACTER IN THE HISTORICAL NOVEL(2020-07-15)The article is devoted to the study of the concept of national character in Mukhtar Auezov's novel «The Path of Abay». In fiction, the national character is a feature of a person's mentality and attitude to the world, also the national traditions of the people are fixed in it. The national character is expressed in the specific actions of the hero. This allows us to trace its evolution, dynamics, and features of development at various stages of national history. In this novel, the national character is shown by creating the image of the great poet Abay. It harmoniously combines ideas about the deep traditions of the people, all the spiritual and moral experiences of previous generations and its evolution under the influence oftime. The national character created by M. Тип записи:Публикация, COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH IN THE FORMATION OF INTERCULTURAL-COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING(2020-06-30); ; The main aim of learning a foreign language is the development of students foreign language communicative competence which will allow them to integrate as much as possible into the international professional community. This is an important condition for the social adaptation of students to modern life. In the context of the transition from a knowledge-based approach to teaching to a competency-based approach, a change in value orientations, the teacher needs new methods and technologies that allow the teacher to identify the student’s knowledge, update it, add what is missing, structure the training material, and teach not only to remember and reproduce, but put them into practice. Methods that organize learning through desire, stimulate students' learning and natural curiosity, motivate interest in the independent acquisition of knowledge. The article deals with the role and importance of applying a new "competence-based approach" in the formation and developing students’ intercultural and communicative competence in teaching foreign language. IbrayevaThis article examines the philosophical debate about pity and compassion, about truth and lies, ideas about man and his essence, about his purpose in the world, presented in the drama "at the bottom". Considering the cave as a sign of primitiveness, the authors compare it with the cave from the famous dialogue of Plato. The article also discusses the motives of dirt, zoomorphic motives, similarities and differences in the views of Luke and Satine, strategies of Satine behavior, and Its evolution. The article deals with the fact that the play is dominated by social conflict. Here the very social circumstances in which the characters live, and the relations between them, become the ground for the birth of philosophical questions. As it is known, due to the increased requirements for the level of training of future specialists in higher education institutions, the social demand for future specialists is quite high, both for themselves and for the individual. In addition, the formation of motivation for professional training of students in higher educational institutions was considered from the point of view of a stable orientation and motivation system. In the process of professional training, personal development is carried out. The formation of a professional personality begins from the moment of choosing a profession and continues throughout life. Many competitions have shown that the formation of professional training of students in teaching English in higher education institutions is not profitable without motives, needs and interests. Тип записи:Публикация, THE HISTORY OF PUBLICATION OF ONE POEM BY ABAY(2020-12-09); ; This article deals for the first time about the textual problem of Abai’s poem “Zhaz”, reading and critical analysis of it by M.Auezov. When preparing the printed text of the poem, some of its lines raised doubts. When defining the original, the newspaper versionwas taken as a basis which was published during the author’s lifetime. The poem, which begins with the words “Zhazdy kun shilde bolganda”, consisted of 48 lines, and first appeared in the newspaper “Dala ualayaty”, then it was published in the author’s collections, where there were already 60 lines. For the first time, the article talks about deleting extra lines, which once led to the confusion of M.Auezov. Comparing the newspaper version with academic collections, the author substantiates the correctness of correcting individual lines by meaning, guessing, by style of context. Тип записи:Публикация, AXIOLOGICAL GUIDELINES FOR THE MODERNIZATION OF PUBLIC CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE KAZAKH MEDIA DISCOURSE: LINGUISTIC AND COGNITIVE ASPECT(2020-06-30); ; The article is devoted to the ideological concepts of "New" and "Unity", which represent the modernization processes in the country in the kazakh media and are focused on the transformation of public consciousness. The impact of these concepts, according to the authors of the article, is based on their value component,linguistic and cognitivemechanisms of verbalization of concepts are based on techniques that emphasize their axiological character. Methods of persuasion and emotional influence are used, such as: gradation use of the key lexeme; metaphorization; emphasis on the word (repeated use of it); designation of time as a value argument, etc. It is revealed that the concept "New" represents such positive value settings in the media as: new opportunities, new knowledge, spiritual development, competitiveness, openness, new technologies, and innovations. The concept of "unity" is verbalized by the axiological guidelines consolidation, tolerance, interethnic harmony, and a unified future. It is determined that the key axiological attitude, represented in the kazakh media using various explicit and implicit linguistic and cognitivemeans, is "New and unity is the way to success in the future".
