This paper considers the problem of leadership development of students in the activities of the student government at the stage of high school training. Updated questions of preparation of competitive professional with high leadership potential, as a priority upgrade the educational and training process of the university. Student government as an active form of organization of life of students by the authors is presented as an opportunity to develop leadership skills, as well as the factor of personal and professional formation of the future specialist. The effectiveness of leadership development of students depends on the integrity, complex psychological and pedagogical conditions as integral aggregate consisting of specially organized activities of the student government, providing students stay in a leadership role, the development priorities of leadership qualities. The paper presents a model of leadership development of students in the activities of the student government.

The aim of this study is to determine the important and methodological aspect of examining the population migration patterns of distance education and university students' geography course. 420 university students who continue their education in Kazakhstan participated in the research in the spring term of 2020-2021. Scanning method was used in the research. In the research, a measurement tool called the general opinion measurement tool for the geography lesson, which was developed by the researchers and collected by taking expert opinion in the field of geography, was used. In the research, a 4-week online seminar was organized to increase the views of university students about the geography lesson, and training was given over Microsoft Teams, the interview form was collected with electronic forms after the seminar. The collected data were analyzed using spss program. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that university students' inclination to geography course is higher than male students, university students are familiar with the system for 1-3 years, their inclination to distance education systems is high and population migration patterns are learned well with this system. The aim of this study is to determine the technology of teaching regional economic relationships based on the updated educational content to university students and to determine it. The research was conducted in the fall semester of 2021–2022; the study with the participation of 274 university students was conducted in a screening model. In the study, 4 weeks of updated education was provided to university students. In order to collect data, the ‘Updated Education and Teaching Technologies’ measurement tool, developed by the researchers, was used in the study. The scale used in the research was delivered and collected by the online method to university students. The analysis of the data was carried out using the SPSS programme; frequency analysis was carried out using the t-test, and the results obtained were added to the study accompanied by tables. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the teaching technologies of university students were learned and their updated educational status was good and the values were high. The requirements of modern society for the training of highly qualified and personally effective specialists who can quickly adapt to changing conditions and successfully carry out their professional activities are on the increase. The purpose of our work was the development of the personal self-efficacy of students at universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the modern conditions of the development of society. The research collected data using an experiment. The experimental study was carried out in higher educational institutions - and the experiment involved 280 students: 140 - in the experimental group, 140 - in the control group. The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed concept of developing students' self-efficacy. Developed and experimentally tested psychological conditions for the development of personal self-efficacy of university students can be widely used in higher education institutions. Interactive educational technologies as a factor in the development of the subjectivity of university students

The purpose of this research; To evaluate the use of interactive educational technologies as a factor in the development of university students' characteristics with student views. The study group of the research included 25 students studying at various universities in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in the 2021-2022 academic year. This research was designed in accordance with the phenomenological method, one of the qualitative research methods. Research data were collected through a semi-structured interview form created by the researchers. As a result of the research, it has been revealed that university students tend to use interactive educational technologies. Students, the positive effects of interactive educational technologies on improving student characteristics; positive effects in terms of learning skills, technology skills, cognitive skills, self-skills and social skills. In addition, university students stated unwillingness to learn, technology addiction and cognitive difficulties as the negative effects of interactive educational technologies on student characteristics. In universities, activities should be carried out to improve the level of students' use of interactive educational technologies. The aim of this study was to carry out a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of coping strategies among female track-and-field students of the first-third study years with different aggressiveness levels on the back of the coronavirus disease 2019-provoked self-isolation. The total sample of respondents comprised 360 female students majoring in Physical Education and Sports. All of them were enrolled in an online survey using the Anxiety, Frustration, Aggressiveness, and Rigidity methodology and Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced inventory. The study revealed that first-year students with high levels of aggressiveness focused on emotions and their expression under stress more often than first-years with moderate aggressiveness levels. Similarly, an increased concentration on negative emotions display was inherent to respondents of the second study year. The transition from the first to the third study year was marked with consolidation and strengthening of negative coping strategies used by female track-and-field athletes. This represents one of the central reasons for the deterioration of their psycho-emotional state during the quarantine. The most widely applied stress response tactics of female students of all 3 study years were associated with positive thinking, active coping, and planning (P≤ 0.05 with other coping strategies). Resort to psychoactive substances was noted less frequently (P≤ 0.01 with other strategies). As for the emotional component, increased attention to emotions’ expression and seeking of instrumental and emotional support were also chosen relatively often. The problematic issue needs further investigation in order to analyze whether stressful conditions persist or have decreased.

Determination of Cyber Security Issues and Awareness Training for University Students

In this study, it is aimed to determine the cyber security problems and awareness training to university students. The research was carried out in the fall semester of 2021–2022. The study, which was carried out with the participation of 410 university education and psychology students, was carried out using the survey model. In the research, 4-week cyber security and cyberattack training was given online to university students. The cyber security measurement tool was developed and used by the researchers in order to collect data in the study. The data collection tool used in the research was delivered and collected by the online method. The analysis of the data was made using the SPSS programme, frequency analysis and t-test. The results were added to the research in the form of tables. As a result of the research, it was concluded that university cyber security and cyberattack training was designed and they were good in this field.

The research was carried out in the fall semester of 2021–2022. The study, which was carried out with the participation of 360 university students, was carried out using the survey model. In the research, a 4-week distance education mobile learning training was given to university students. In the study, ‘Mobile Learning Readiness Scale’ was used to collect data. The scale used in the research was delivered and collected by university students online. The analysis of the data was made by using the SPSS programme, frequency analysis and t-test. The results were added to the research in the form of tables. As a result of the research, it was determined that university students have advanced mobile learning readiness. The relevance of the study is due to the need to resolve the contradictions between the requirements of higher education for the personality of a young person and his real capabilities, manifested in the ability or inability to be the subject of his activity and his development. The need to resolve this contradiction has determined the purpose of this study – to identify the level of expression and structure of the subjective properties of students’ personality, their relationship with self-efficacy and psychological well-being. The work used a set of theoretical and empirical research methods, in particular, questionnaires to identify the level of an individual subjectivity development (M.A. Shchukina), general and social self-efficacy (M. Sherer and J. Maddux, adaptation by A.V. Boyarintseva), psychological well-being (K. Riff, adaptation by T.D. Shevelenkova and P.P. Fesenko). Mathematical processing was carried out using the criterion ϕ* – Fisher’s angular transformation, as well as methods of correlation analysis using the linear Pearson correlation coefficient. The subjects were students of a number of universities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. A total of 277 students majoring pedagogy and psychology took part in the study, among them 266 (96%) women, 11 (4%) men, average age 19.5 years (SD=1.5). As a result, no fundamental differences were revealed in the structure and manifestations of subjectivity depending on the place of residence, national and cultural traditions, which indicates the existence of some general patterns in the formation of the subjectivity of a future teacher or psychologist. A high level of subjectivity was identified in 57.04% respondents, medium – in 38.98%, low – in 3.98%. It has been established that the level of subjectivity positively correlates with self-efficacy in objective activity, with social self-efficacy and with the psychological well-being of an individual. It was revealed that students with low subjectivity can also have a high level of psychological well-being, while performing a compensatory function. The results obtained can be used in the course of student training, as well as in the work of curators of student groups and in the activities of the psychological service of universities.
