    In modern economical state the issue of improvement of future specialist’s professional competence comes from requirements of the era. In state program of the RK 2020 about education, improvement of professional competence is among important problems that need to be solved. Also increase the demands for teachers who can develop their actions by creative and resourceful side and can use scientific achievements and best pedagogical experiences.     Recognition of Kazakh language as the state language of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adoption of ‘State programme of functioning and development of languages for 2011–2020’, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On languages of the Republic of Kazakhstan’, ‘The State programme on education and science development for 2016–2020’ allowed our native language to develop and prosper. Nowadays, special attention is paid to the problem of teaching the Kazakh language. In today's organised pedagogical environment, it is not fully examined the need for the development of communication skills of elementary school students and scientifically-based and practical communication to solve this problem via audio and graphic tools. Therefore, this article focuses on the need to teach elementary school students to work with audio and graphic materials and technology issues on the use of practical materials. Provided that the theoretical foundations for the development of communication skills of elementary school students through audio-visual aids hold true, the structural-substantial model will allow the development of each student’s individual abilities and creativity. Taking into account the foregoing, we have set up a positive outline of the effectiveness of the work with audio equipment through the organisation of practical work, practice-assemblage, research, diagnostics, practical work in elementary school teachers through specially organised thematic seminars

    Human beings understand and interpret what is happening around them in their mother tongue. It is a fact that in recent years, language teaching has been given importance as a communication tool. Each language carries out the processes of understanding and explaining, consisting of its own specific structures and rules. In terms of the basic language skills involved in these two processes, the behaviours and methods of language learners and teachers who will ensure that they can use their mother tongue correctly are very important. The historical development of multilingualism in Kazakhstan consists of several stages. Multilingualism has brought with it problems in Kazakh teaching in Kazakhstan. For this purpose, it is important to determine the opinions of classroom teachers about teaching the Kazakh language in terms of word structure, the suitability of the contents of the textbooks, and the qualifications of teachers in language teaching. For this purpose, interviews were conducted with 19 classroom teachers working in Kazakhstan. In this study, the findings obtained using the qualitative research method were analysed in detail. It has been concluded that there are points where the contents of the textbooks are not suitable for the classroom teachers, the methods and techniques they use in language teaching are insufficient and these inadequacies cause problems.     Problems of Using the Poetic Corpus of Abay For Pedagogical Purposes and Ways to Solve It

    The use of the Abai poetic corpus for pedagogical purposes represents a unique opportunity to deepen students’ knowledge of Kazakh literature, culture, and history. However, the introduction of this tool into the educational process faces a number of challenges that limit its potential. This article examines the main difficulties associated with the use of the corpus, including the lack of information awareness among teachers, the shortage of teaching materials, and the low level of technical training of teachers. Attention is also paid to pedagogical skepticism and the lack of time to master innovative methods. An important part of the study is the proposed solutions to these problems. Among them are the development of educational programs for teachers, the creation of adapted materials based on the poetic corpus, and the provision of technical and methodological support to schools. The author emphasizes the importance of integrating Abai’s poetic heritage into school education as a means of forming national identity and developing students’ analytical skills. This work is addressed to teachers, methodologists, and education specialists interested in using modern teaching tools.
