Although e-textbooks and various educational resources have been developed for many secondary schools, such resources in higher education institutions are insufficient. For active communication and effective feedback between students and teachers, it is necessary to develop electronic textbooks. Creation of a high-quality electronic textbook is a complex, laborious process that requires the participation of a number of specialists: editors, designers, programmers. And today, with the transition to mass distance learning, it has become possible to satisfy the need for the rapid development and use of electronic textbooks using iSpring products. With iSpring, a teacher independently can not only record a video for each lecture, but also prepare various interactive tasks and tests, and receive ready-made results of completed tests and assignments. ISpring Learn for Distance Learning allows you to actively lead the learning process and track learning outcomes. Before moving on to the research,we studied the works of scientists from near and far abroad and this article describes the level of study of academic writing abroad, in neighboring Russia, its formation as a separate subject, history and teaching methods. In this regard, in the article we conducted reviews of works of some Russian researchers such as of I.B. Korotkina, I.N. Минеева, I. Kvitsiniya, L.A. A Milovanova. In order to analyze the level of application of academic discourse abroad, the works of Merton R. K., Beavis C., Green B., Beavis C., Kress G. A., Snyder I. will be taken into consideration. In addition, in order to determine the history of the formation of the academic writing in Kazakhstan, its preconditions, R. Syzdykova, B. Abylkasymov’s works are reviewed and we focus on the history of scientific style, which was founded in the second half of the XIX century, considering as the starting point of modern academic writing. At present, local scientists like E. Ospanov, B.B. Dinaeva, S.M. Sapina are studying the theoretical and practical aspects of this issue, they describe ways to compile an academic text in the Kazakh language and all their papers are profoundly discussed in the article. In conclusion the ways to introduce an academic writing into the scientific space of our country using electronic resources are described. Тип записи:Публикация, Formation of financial literacy of primary school students based on digital content(2025-01-01); ; ; E.N. AitzhanovaThe article explores the formation of financial literacy among primary school students through digital content, emphasizing its importance in addressing global socio-economic challenges such as debt dependency and low economic awareness. The authors argue that early financial education forms the foundation of responsible economic culture and civic maturity. The study draws upon Kazakhstan’s national policies (“Concept for Improving Financial Literacy 2020–2025,” “Concept for Digital Transformation 2023–2029”) and international recommendations from the OECD. Using surveys, pedagogical analysis, and comparative methods, the research involved 172 primary school teachers in the Kostanay region. Results revealed a lack of digital learning materials and specific educational programs for financial literacy development. In response, the authors designed an elective university course titled “Formation of Financial Literacy of Primary School Students,” incorporating digital textbooks, teacher guides, and multimedia assignments. The article highlights three structural components of financial literacy: Cognitive – knowledge of financial principles; Activity-based – practical skills in budgeting, saving, and spending; Value-motivational – responsibility, independence, and ethical behavior. The research concludes that digital educational content — including interactive games, videos, AR storybooks, and online platforms — significantly enhances students’ engagement and financial competence. The study’s novelty lies in the creation of a theoretically grounded, methodologically coherent digital model for financial literacy formation in primary education, promoting the integration of digital pedagogy and financial education for sustainable learning outcomes.
