In modern economical state the issue of improvement of future specialist’s professional competence comes from requirements of the era. In state program of the RK 2020 about education, improvement of professional competence is among important problems that need to be solved. Also increase the demands for teachers who can develop their actions by creative and resourceful side and can use scientific achievements and best pedagogical experiences. Professional competence is a necessary component of a person's professionalism in any area. The aim of the research is the formation of the professional activity of a future competitive specialist in the educational process of universities for the system-structural organization of professional training of biology students. The analysis of a wide range of various works aimed at professional pedagogical training of future specialists leads to the conclusion that its structure, content and organization cannot withstand the current state of social development. Currently, the modernization of the target, content and technological structures of professional education is associated with a revision of its content, form and methods in accordance with the requirements of continuing education, the main goal of which is to ensure the full and complete development of the future specialist. In this article, the results of a pedagogical experiment were obtained, which revealed the effectiveness of a specially prepared educational and methodological manual for training medicinal plants in the training of biologists in universities for educational and training. The aims of this article are multifaceted: to change the ideas about the traumatic nature of supervision, to reveal its potential in the development of young specialists, to preserve and maintain professional identity among experienced psychologists, and to develop supervision as an integral part of the full-fledged activity of practising psychologists and specialists in the helping professions in Kazakhstan. The article is devoted to the analysis of the main definitions of professional thinking which are developing in the setting of group multimodal supervision. Based on the analysis, three definitions were identified – the unity of affect and intelligence, theoretical thinking, and the principle of differentiation. The article shows the importance of the development of these definitions of professional thinking among practising psychologists, and describes the features of the development of these definitions in group multimodal supervision. The following definitions of thinking were identified in the course of data analysis: the unity of affect and intelligence, theoretical thinking, and the principle of differentiation. These definitions productively describe what professional competencies are formed in the process of supervision by a specialist. The described competencies of professional thinking fill in the existing gap of knowledge in this area, showing how the experience of supervision in the multimodal supervision group works towards the establishment of professional identity, and what specific mental competences are developing. It is worth noting that this is the first experience of highlighting the formation of the definitions of professional thinking. The study is based on the following theoretical traditions in psychology: general psychology, psychoanalysis, and professional multimodal model of supervision.

The organizational and atavistic block of research competencies is characterized by the criterion of acquiring skills to organize research activities by a teacher. Thus, this study attempts to analyze the formation technologies of professional competence for prospective teachers. To attain the aim of the study, a descriptive method is utilized. The studies of the process of managing the psychological and pedagogical competencies of a higher education teacher are considered to come to a reliable conclusion. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that there is a necessity for the proper organization of activities and the active use of technology for working with students and young people, which makes it possible to combine teaching and educational goals as much as possible, both in the educational process and beyond.

The global trend of accelerating scientific and technological progress, the introduction of information technologies, and the transformation of the vocational education system require the development of professional and general cultural competencies in future specialists. The purpose of the study was to scientifically substantiate, create and experimentally test a theoretical model of the formation of a research function in future teachers of vocational training. The methods employed in this research was complementary research methods: theoretical (analysis of scientific literature on the research problem; theoretical modeling, analysis, generalization, comparison, systematization, construction of the process of forming scientific and professional competencies of future teachers); empirical (questionnaire, interview, testing, cross-sectional method); statistical (processing of research materials, primary statistical processing, correlation analysis, analysis of the results of experimental activities). The result of this study showed that the problem of studying and designing a system of pedagogical conditions for the formation of research culture is relevant in the context of the introduction of innovative technologies. The study of the issue of features of the organisation of adaptive physical education and sport is becoming increasingly popular in social and pedagogical research. In particular, since all over the world and respectively in the Republic of Kazakhstan more and more attention is paid to the expansion of opportunities for people with disabilities. That is why at the moment it is necessary to actively study the processes connected with training and formation of professional competence of specialists of this category. Hence, the purpose of the article is to analyse the available means and approaches to the educational and professional training of future employees in the sphere of adaptive physical culture and sports. Different methodological means were used for this study, among which, functional and dialectical approaches and the method of analysis and synthesis, comparison, classification, and generalisation. The results of the work done are theoretical and practical conclusions that relate to the issue under study and reveal its essence. In particular, at the beginning of the article the basic terms, in particular, adaptive physical education and professional competence of a specialist in adaptive sports were studied to fully characterise the object of research. In turn, the final component reveals specific approaches and ways of implementing training and imparting professional knowledge to future specialists. The practical value of this study is revealed in the fact that it can be used for different purposes – both in the form of methodological materials for academic disciplines and courses preparing specialists in this category and as additional material for persons wishing to improve their professional qualification. Future research papers should identify the specificities of teacher training in adaptive physical education and sport.
