Use of technology in education enables students to be motivated and eager to participate in the lesson and is also a more effective tool in increasing motivation, encouraging students to the lesson and understanding the sub-ject. The aim of this study is to determine the views of secondary school students on the use of technology in geography lessons. Qualitative re-search method was used in this study. Semi-structured interviews were car-ried out with 32 students who took geography lessons in Kazakhstan dur-ing the 2018-2019 academic year. The semi-structured interview form de-veloped within the scope of this research was used as a data collection tool. Results of the study showed that secondary school students found tech-nology effective and funny to use in geography lessons. Projections, com-puters, tablets and smart phones were specified by the students as useful technological tools for teaching geography. Results of the study were dis-cussed with relevant literature and important implications for further re-search and practices were presented.

The aim of this study is to determine the technology of teaching regional economic relationships based on the updated educational content to university students and to determine it. The research was conducted in the fall semester of 2021–2022; the study with the participation of 274 university students was conducted in a screening model. In the study, 4 weeks of updated education was provided to university students. In order to collect data, the ‘Updated Education and Teaching Technologies’ measurement tool, developed by the researchers, was used in the study. The scale used in the research was delivered and collected by the online method to university students. The analysis of the data was carried out using the SPSS programme; frequency analysis was carried out using the t-test, and the results obtained were added to the study accompanied by tables. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the teaching technologies of university students were learned and their updated educational status was good and the values were high. The purpose of this research is to determine the acceptance level of primary school teachers about educational technologies. The research was designed in accordance with the qualitative research method. The study group of the research consists of 40 primary school teachers teaching in the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan, in the 2021–2022 academic year. Research data were collected with a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. The research data were converted into findings using the content analysis method. As a result of the research, it has been revealed that the majority of primary school teachers find themselves sufficient to benefit from educational technologies. However, the majority of the teachers who participated in the research stated that they sometimes use technology in education. The majority of primary school teachers participating in the research stated that technology-supported education is effective on students’ success. In this direction, in order to increase primary school teachers’ use of technology in education, it is recommended to establish infrastructures that will provide technology-supported education in schools and to organise in-service programmes for teachers. The aim of this study is to determine the importance of technology in the education of children with dyslexia. In this general purpose study, primary schoolteachers who use technology in their education were asked about the benefits of technology on children with dyslexia. Dyslexic students were asked if there were changes in their learning, thanks to technology. The research group of this study consists of classroom teachers and students with dyslexia. The sample of the study consists of 15 teachers and 18 students working in primary education. The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of technology on students with dyslexia in the classrooms of primary schoolteachers. For this purpose, separate interviews were conducted with teachers and students. Three computer teachers, two special education teachers and one language and speech therapist assisted in the preparation of the research questions and the final form was given. Interviews of teachers and students were recorded, which was later approved. Content analysis was used in the analysis of the data collected in the study. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the use of technology in the special education process is beneficial. It can be said that students who have difficulty learning under learning disabilities find it easier to learn, thanks to technology. Educating future primary schoolteachers to create a communication culture through educational technologies

The purpose of this research is to get the opinions of teacher candidates to train future primary schoolteachers to create a communication culture through educational technologies. This study was created with the qualitative research method. The study group of the research consists of 40 teacher candidates studying in the primary school teaching department at various universities in Kazakhstan. Research data were collected with a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. As a result of the research, while the majority of primary schoolteacher candidates found themselves sufficient in using technology, they found themselves moderately competent in using educational technologies. In addition, the vast majority of teacher candidates consider themselves inadequate in providing education through educational technologies. The majority of primary schoolteacher candidates participating in the research stated that educational technologies have a positive effect on creating a communication culture. Primary schoolteacher candidates stated that programmes related to educational technologies and creating a communication culture should be developed in universities. It is necessary to implement the suggestions of pre-service teachers on improving the communication culture and to organise the education given at universities in this direction. Digital generation and digital native concepts have become today’s terms. Along with technological developments, it is important to look at the changes with technological tools in the education process. Identifying innovator technologies used in the education process will contribute to future research. In this context, the aim of this study is to examine the documents related to the opportunities of innovator technologies in education scanned in the Web of Science database thematically and methodologically. In order to achieve this aim, a case study, one of the qualitative research methods, was adopted. In the selection of the articles included in the study, the sample was not determined and it was aimed to reach the whole universe. In this context, the documents in the Web of Science database were accessed through the library system of the university. While scanning the documents, the keywords ‘education’ and ‘technology’ were searched in all fields, and the keyword ‘innovator’ was searched within the title and all studies were found. The findings obtained from the research are explained in detail with the content analysis method. The research findings reached 505 documents. As a result of this research, it was concluded that the most work was carried out in 2016. It was concluded that the first study was carried out in 2004. With regard to the document type of the published studies, the most were proceedings papers (138). In the field of visual arts, the field in which the teachers’ work related to technology was mostly carried out was Education and Educational Research (119). The language most used was English (162). The study delves into the significant reforms and innovations implemented in the Kazakhstani higher education system, assessing their impact on academic standards, student performance, and institutional efficiency. Through comprehensive data analysis and expert interviews, the research highlights the strides made in improving educational quality, fostering international collaborations, and integrating modern technologies in teaching and learning. The findings underscore the critical role of government policies, industry partnerships, and community participation in driving these transformations. This article provides valuable information on the challenges and successes experienced by Kazakhstani universities, providing a blueprint for further advances in the sector of higher education. The key factors contributing to the success of these reforms include strong government support, international collaboration, robust quality assurance mechanisms, a focus on research and innovation, and professional development for educators. While challenges remain, the future of higher education in Kazakhstan looks promising, provided that these efforts continue and are further refined to address existing gaps.

The research problem is based on the study of the possibilities of expanding methodological approaches, educational technologies, and educational programs for the implementation of blended learning and increasing the level of its effectiveness in the educational system of Kazakhstan.This study aims to identify the best conditions for implementing blended learning that would meet the technical capabilities of the university, the educational programs, and the interests and needs of all participants of the educational process.For this, the following data collection methods were used: online surveys, quantitative and qualitative analyses, and facilitation tools, such as World Café , Future Volume 16 (2024), Issue 5 Search, ranking, and Spearman's correlation analysis.The results show that more than half of the students (58%) and teachers (65%) were not satisfied with the existing structure of blended learning at the university.This research suggests involving all participants in the educating process when adopting the blended mode of learning to enhance the efficacy of the blended learning program.The practical significance of this research lies in its determination of the optimal conditions for implementing blended learning in the university programs of Kazakhstan.The engagement of all stakeholders in the Learning pathway in decision-making regarding hybrid education, taking into account the technical capabilities of universities and the individual needs of students and instructors, aims not only to address current issues but also to enhance the quality of education and prepare graduates to meet the demands of the contemporary labor market.Such an approach to research and innovation implementation in Kazakhstan's education could foster the development of more flexible, adaptive, and effective educational systems that meet the requirements of the modern world.

Adaptation of pedagogical approaches to the implementation of intelligent systems in the educational process

Interactive systems play an essential role in the modern educational system, but the issue of their optimization remains under-researched. Research purpose. The article aims to analyze the attitudes of teachers and students to the introduction of intelligent systems in the educational process, as well as to identify the main approaches to adapting pedagogical methods and key barriers. Research method. A purposive sample was used to include participants. Two groups were selected: students and teachers (60 participants in total). The main instrument in the study is a cross-sectional survey. Survey period: October – November 2024. Results. The findings show that intelligent learning technologies are known to all participants in the educational process: 32% actively use them, 52% are partially familiar with them, and only 14% determined that they rarely use them. Their effectiveness is undisputed, and their prospects are associated with increasing teaching efficiency. Among the problems in use are the lack of digital literacy, unresolved ethical issues, digital threats, and lack of necessary infrastructure. Recommendations are offered: increasing the motivational component, conducting special courses and training for teachers and students, improving technical support, and overcoming the shortcomings of the legislative framework. Conclusions. An essential potential of intelligent systems is their capabilities in gamification, blended learning, project-based learning, and the use of interactive lectures and seminars. The conclusions indicate that further adaptation of existing pedagogical approaches will require interactivity and adaptability.

This paper examines the critical gaps in inclusive education, with a particular focus on the training of specialists in the psychological and educational support of children with disabilities. Despite advances in inclusive practice, there remains a significant shortage of adequately trained professionals to meet the diverse needs of these children. Through a comprehensive review of current literature and innovative training methods, this study highlights the effectiveness of multidisciplinary approaches and the integration of technology in enhancing professional competencies. It also examines case studies from different educational settings to demonstrate practical applications. The findings suggest that a holistic and adaptive training framework, including theoretical knowledge, practical skills and emotional intelligence, is essential for effective inclusive education. The study concludes with recommendations for policy makers, educators and training institutions to address these gaps, emphasising the need for continuous professional development and a collaborative approach to support inclusive education for children with disabilities. The objective of this study is to identify key challenges and propose evidence-based strategies for improving the professional training of specialists in inclusive education. The methodology involves a systematic review of recent academic and policy sources, along with case analysis from diverse educational contexts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of current practices and outcomes.
